Dr. Anthony Pellegrino, DC, DACCP

Pediatric & Family Chiropractor — Sea Girt + Wall Township, NJ

Dr. Anthony Pellegrino is a globally recognized leader in pediatric and family chiropractic care — and one of only seven Certified Pediatric Craniopaths in the world. He holds a Diplomate in Pediatric Chiropractic (DACCP) through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association — the highest level of pediatric certification available — and is also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. His work has been published in multiple peer-reviewed research articles exploring chiropractic’s role in supporting children with ADHD, autism, seizures, and other neurodevelopmental challenges.

A Monmouth County native who grew up in Shrewsbury, NJ, Dr. Anthony’s path into healthcare started early — he served as an EMT on his local First Aid Squad and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA, in 2015, and co-founded Absolute Chiropractic that same year alongside his wife Colleen Pellegrino, RN.

Nervous system regulation in pediatric and family cases — colic, feeding difficulties, sensory processing, ADHD, autism, neurodevelopmental challenges

That means he can address things like infant feeding difficulties, palate development, and complex neurodevelopmental cases that fall outside what a standard chiropractor is trained to handle.

Yes. He routinely co-manages cases with IBCLCs, SLPs, pediatric dentists, ENTs, sleep consultants, and pediatricians. Coordination is a core part of how the practice operates — collaboration over competition.
