When you or your children’s nervous systems are stressed, they only care about one thing.
SURVIVAL.
In the short term, this can be helpful…
But in the long term, it shows up as many of the chronic challenges we see in our communities.
Digestive issues like reflux (no matter the age), constipation, IBS.
Reproductive challenges.
Allergies/Asthma.
But what about anxiety? I think that too.
An adaptable nervous system Is MORE able to handle these stresses and, therefore, will be healthier in the long term.
Remember, the opposite of fight/flight is REST & DIGEST.
